Our commitment
PNG Customs designs MARPIS to the PNG Government Website Standards and Guidelines 2023 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. This page explains how to use the accessibility features on this website. It is not a formal DICT certification.
How to change text size
Use A+ (increase text size) and A− (decrease text size) in the upper-right of the page header. Text can be enlarged up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality. You can also use your browser: Windows Ctrl and + / −, or macOS Command and + / −. This site uses relative text sizes so browser zoom continues to work.
Colour and contrast
Use Contrast in the header to switch to a high-contrast presentation. You can also apply a colour filter or high-contrast theme in your operating system or browser.
Document viewing tools
MARPIS pages are HTML. Supporting files may be PDF, Word, JPEG, or PNG. Use a current browser, or a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF files. Microsoft Word and Apple Preview can open common office documents.
There is no built-in read-aloud control. Use a free screen reader such as NVDA (Windows) or VoiceOver (Apple).
