Authorised PNG Customs officers and registered shipping agents. The public pages (this website) do not require a login.
How do I start a pre-arrival submission?
Read the service description on Information, then register or sign in. Have vessel, crew, and voyage documents ready. Typical time is 15–30 minutes.
