E-Services
Each service below is described before you are asked to sign in. Use Sign In only when you are ready to complete a transaction.
- Pre-arrival vessel and crew submission
- For authorised shipping agents. Lodge vessel, crew, and voyage details before arrival at a PNG port. You need a registered company account. Typical time: 15–30 minutes if documents are ready. Register if you do not have an account.
- Officer risk profiling
- For authorised PNG Customs officers. Review submissions, run risk assessments, and coordinate inspections. Access is role-based and is not available to the public.

Reports & Publications
